Job Vacancy: Region 5 Community Facilitator

Family Connection Partnership announces a vacancy for the position of Community Facilitator for Region 5. The region consists of the following counties: Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Jasper, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton.
