Family Connection Partnership announces a vacancy for the position of Community Facilitator in Region 8. Region 8 consists of these counties: Harris, Talbot, Taylor, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Marion, Schley, Macon, Stewart, Webster, Sumter, Dooly, Crisp, Quitman, Randolph and Clay.

The Community Facilitator is responsible for providing and arranging for technical assistance, support, facilitation and training needed by assigned Family Connection communities. This supports the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan for improving results for children and families consistent with the Family Connection Partnership Two-year Operational Plan.
