FCP Launches Redesign of Web Site

Family Connection Partnership is pleased to announce the launch of its new Web site. The redesigned site is more colorful and dynamic, with useful content and more frequent updates. It is easier to use, has a clean, efficient design, and is fast-loading. FCP redesigned the site to further support ongoing work to improve results for Georgia's children, families and communities.

What's New on the FCP Web Site

The new site provides practical information for collaboratives, current and potential partners (local, state and national), funders, elected officials, community leaders, FCP board members, staff, and other concerned citizens. Highlights include:

  • A new electronic magazine ("e-zine") called Connected, featuring real-world solutions to the complex challenges facing Georgia's children, families and communities.
  • A summary of current state initiatives underway to improve the lives of children, families and communities in Georgia.
  • Information on "what works" in communities, including best practices information, policy papers and other resources.
  • Community collaborative success stories.
  • More resources, community tools, opportunities, data, and general information on children's issues, upcoming events, and training and technical assistance.

The Information Technology team of FCP is working to make further enhancements, based on recent assessments of our technology capacity and needs. Look for updates to www.georgiafamilyconnection.org regularly.
