FCP announces a vacancy for the position of Community Facilitator in Region 8. Region 8 consists of these counties: Harris, Talbot, Taylor, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Marion, Schley, Macon, Stewart, Webster, Sumter, Dooly, Crisp, Quitman, Randolph and Clay. FCP will host two Learning Institutes Oct. 21 - 25, and Oct. 31. In "Community Involvement: Engaging the Entire Community," you'll discuss ways to involve the family, the faith and business communities, youth, schools, local government, juvenile justice, and law enforcement. In "Collaborative Development," you'll discuss team building, strategy development, board recruitment and development, and the roles and responsibilities of chairs, and coordinators.
