The Catoosa Family Cooperative has joined the Family Nurturing Center of Georgia, the Center for Black Women's Wellness, and the North Region MHDDAD Office to co-sponsor the workshop, Building Relationships through Home Visitation, on Dec. 1 - 5, at the John Birdine Neighborhood Facility, located at 215 Lakewood Way. S.E., in Atlanta. The intensive, five-day philosophy and skills-based workshop will feature Sue Laney and Cynthia Davis, who have received national recognition as trainers/consultants. The Georgia Office of School Readiness will host its 45th annual collaboration conference for Head Start Family Services Workers and Pre-K Resources Coordinators on Dec. 3 - 4 at the Macon Centreplex Coliseum & Convention Center in Macon.
