Funding Available for Violence Prevention Program

Georgia Children's Trust Fund Commission announces funding to implement the Second Step Violence Prevention Program. Created in 1987 by the Committee for Children, Second Step is a multi-year, school-based social skills curriculum for children in preschool through junior high. It combines written and visual materials with problem-solving, discussion group and role-playing activities to help children learn targeted skills.
