Columbus Children, Youth and Family Coalition

The Columbus Children, Youth and Family Coalition serves as the local decision-making body, bringing community partners together to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate plans that address the serious challenges facing Muscogee County's children and families.

Vision
Our vision is for Muscogee County's children to be healthy, ready to start and perform better in school, and have stable, economically self-sufficient families. Working jointly with community partners, we implement a vision for community-based support, decision making and accountability to build a better future for our county.

Mission
The Columbus Children, Youth and Family Coalition shall be a voluntary, non-profit, charitable corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia and shall promote a family-based, child and youth focused community environment. It brings together government, civic groups, religious institutions and concerned citizens to advocate for children and youth needs and issues in Columbus. It facilitates a collaborative, coordinated approach to nurture children, youth and family needs in Columbus.
