Position Announcement: Morgan County Family Connection Coordinator

Morgan County Family Connection invites applications for a county coordinator.

Responsibilities
The coordinator provides planning, facilitation, and coordination services for the Morgan County Family Connection collaborative organization and its partners.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Applicants must possess:

  • the ability to effectively interpret and convey information regarding federal and state policies and guidelines;
  • excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • excellent facilitation and organizational skills;
  • excellent facilitation and organizational skills;
  • basic typing and computer skills; and
  • the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

The position is a grant-funded contractual position that has been in effect since 2011.  As a grant funded contractual position, no benefits, paid holidays, or paid vacations are offered. Contract Amount: $38,000-$40,000 for 40-hour week, depending on experience.
