Personnel Management

Each collaborative organization has a process for personnel management.

Personnel management is defined as the management of human resources and staff for the collaborative. Collaboratives that have the coordinator on contract; collaboratives that are private nonprofits and serve as their own fiscal agent; and collaboratives that have a private nonprofit organization as their fiscal agent must ensure that they have the appropriate human resources and personnel management policies in place.
