Collaborative has strategic plan focused on improving results for children and families.
This standard refers to the structure and quality of the three-year strategic plan. The standard is in accordance with the GaFCP strategic plan guidelines and best practices for strategic planning.

In order to implement the strategic plan year by year, each collaborative organization develops an annual plan that defines how it intends to progress toward its long-term goals.
