Strategic Plan Implementation
Collaborative has annual plan focused on improving results for children and families.
This standard refers to the structure, quality, and use of the annual plan to implement the three-year strategic plan. The standard is in accordance with the GaFCP annual plan guidelines and best practices for strategic planning.
Collaborative members can capture the strategic planning process by taking good notes during all planning sessions and collaborative meetings to demonstrate that they were involved in developing the plan.
