Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is the foundation that supports each Georgia Family Connection collaborative organization’s work. A three-year strategic plan documents the goals, objectives, and strategies that ensure that children are healthy and doing well in school, and that families are equipped to achieve self-sufficiency.
At GaFCP we assess the quality of the three-year strategic plan, and we observe how each collaborative organization executes its plan each year, and how collaborative members participate in the planning process.
