NEW! GaFCP Newsroom
Visit our news room to get the latest reports and data on 2009 Georgia KIDS COUNT and the national 2009 KIDS COUNT Data Book Release.

Georgia KIDS COUNT provides citizens and policymakers with current reliable data, both online and in print, to inform planning, budget, and policy decisions that impact Georgia's children, families, and communities. Georgia tracks 49 Indicators of Child Well-Being.

KIDS COUNT is a state and national effort funded by Annie E. Casey Foundation to track the status of children. Georgia Family Connection Partnership is the state's designated KIDS COUNT grantee.

The Casey Foundation recently redesigned the national KIDS COUNT online Data Center. The new categories, which are common across all 50 states, differ from the five Georgia result areas.

Download a chart to help you locate Georgia indicator data under the new categories.
